  • Pick up only at WA store - No delivery?

    • Unfortunately not at this time - only because shipping costs are so expensive. We are looking at introducing that in July potentially.

  • What is the volume of the carton?

    • 12 x 1L Bottles

  • Imagine calling yourself "Alternative Dairy" and just selling 4 kinds of plant juice.

Where's the goanna and fish milk mate?

    • Have you ever tried to milk a fish? They wont sit still.

    • Juice? Juice is derived from fruit or vegetables. Coconut gets a pass, but the rest…

    • Fish Milk is coming soon!

  • Ingredients to compare to one of ozbargains favourite oat barista blends califa farms

    Alt dairy co.

Ingredients: Filtered Water, Oat flour (9%), vegetable oils (sunflower, canola), minerals (phosphorus, calcium), salt.

    Califa farms

Oat Base [Water, OATS (10%)], Sunflower Oil, Acidity Regulator (Dipotassium Phosphate), Calcium Carbonate, Calcium Phosphate, Sea Salt.

Curious as to why they are using oat flour instead of actual oats and a blend of sunflower and canola oil instead of sunflower?

    • Im guessing oat flower is oats on the other carton.

      • +1

Checked the manufacturers webpage - they say groud oats.

Labels are used interchangeably in some cases and I suspect your probably right the same thing.

That was one fun rabbit hole to go down.

30 for 12 barista oat milk either way is a reasonable deal.

Some info from a source, see below.

        https://thecoconutmama.com/ground-oats-vs-oat-flour/

Ground oats and oat flour are both made from whole oats, but they differ in how they’re processed and the resulting texture they have.

Ground oats are stone ground oat goats. They have a coarser texture and are not as finely ground as oat flour. Oat flour takes oat groats and processes them into a fine powder.

It’s worth noting that some brands of oat flour may be labeled as “ground oats,” which can be confusing.
