Uber Pass / Uber One - I Haven't Received Any Deals for about 3 Months

I have two uber pass accounts. One was the mastercard 6 months free pass, that then turned into uber one. The other was uber pass that i was paying for, and then turned into uber one aswell. At first I thought uber were getting tight with inflation as I noticed all my deals dissapear (the ones that appear on the main screen) on both accounts.

It seemed fishy so I then started asking my mate who lives two suburbs over about his deals.

He regularly gets Spend 30, Save 15 on deals like Thai/Italian/American and they would show up orange on his account. All i had were the generic green garbage deals like "free item" "spend 35 save 5" - nothing that resembled the uber one exclusive deals.

Curious to know if anyone has had this happen to them? I was thinking it could be a bug for accounts that switched from uber pass to uber one?

    They probably flagged you as a bonus abuser and are treating you as such with your 6 mths free pass you used.

      Right, I didn't know that was a thing? Its in a different name as theres multiple people in my house. Also the free trial ended so I was paying for both.

        Uber is going to run all sorts of crazy analysis on their users- most of it probably 'legit' and some of it illegal. They've been caught tracking the activities of journalists who have written about the company, they tried to bypass Apple privacy requirements (which Apple found out about and dragged their then-CEO for a right bollocking). They are sophisticated AF and there is no way any normal person is going to be able to guess their intentions or algorithms.

        I would guess they flagged that the house isnt segmented as 64A B C D its all the one house.

    I spent thousands on Uber Eats last year and got deals all the time. And I'd always jump on those weird offers to try something new, the food usually was only average though.

      Im one of those guys that has spent thousands, and regularly got and used deals - as I dont cook. Then just gone :(

    i started abusing the $15 off a $30 order by making ~$31, haven't seen this deal for ages now

    I've been getting the $30 for $15 offer every week. I always use it and spend as close to $30 as possible. I'm on the 6 month mastercard offer. Its Thai this week, I used it yesterday.

    The trick is to cancel the service for about a week, then renable it, i was just like you with the 6 months pass, got deals for the 1st 3 months then no deals for 3 months.

    That ran out in jan, and i noticed if you keep renewing and never cancel the deals dry up.

    I am now getting those $15 off $30 spend deals after cancelling for 1 week.
