In the words of Macklemore " Yo that's 50 dollars (68) for a tee shirt"…
Though I appreciate that is a bargain if you need the little green crocodile emroided in your chest.

    • Brand = status declaration for many unfortunately. I havent tried Lacoste myself, but some branded clothing are genuinely better (i.e. you get what you pay for).

In this case I own both Lacoste and Uniqlo polos.
I don't see more value in Lacoste.

      • I own Ben Shirman and Lacoste polos, the Lacoste are better.

Macklemore knows the way. True ozbargainer.

He calls it being swindled and pimped. Tricked by bizzznezz

      • Its a song.

In reality this is Maclemore's clothing brand's website https://bogeyboys.com/

This shirt is cheap by comparisson to what he is selling.

  • "Ribbed collar" for your comfort

You wear this thing in Europe: Totally fine.
You wear this thing in Straya: Everybody: 'Have you been playing golf or something?!?'', wherever you go.

      No, actually croquet.

No, just got back from Thailand.

  • The quality of these tshirts is actually pretty bad. Lacoste used to be good but not anymore..buyers beware!

    • I have bought some tommy for 20$-30$(when they go on 40% off on sale items, + 10% member discount) and i agree they're not worth full price.

Im not really into branded products but i see this comment in almost the clothing brands thats on an "deal" post, im happy with 5$ kmart for home use, and 20$ random brand from ozbargain deal posts.

misleading, there is no crocodile involved in making those T-shirts

  • I bought a couple of Lacoste polos late last year and the quality is not great. They shrink a fair bit in the first wash and the navy blue one started to fade after only a few washes. For plain polos i just stick with Uniqlo.

Today, like a minute ago I left a review on this shirt. It basically shrunk from size M to S. I washed it without fabric softener and in cold water, it still shrunk. I won't buy it again.

    • That's pretty average, was it sold & shipped by Amazon? Shouldn't be fake if so..

Just checked my black one, hasn't shrunk after first wash (40 deg wash).

wouldn't mind trying to shrink some other polos, would a hot wash do it? I think the dryer is just temporary?

    • I have had the same experience

would have bought it if it was a dollar more

Ok you changed my mind lol

WHo wears slim fit polos these days? They look horrible on anyone who isn't in great shape and even then you'd look better in any other shirt

  • They aren't that slim..

Got one not long ago for $66.30 . Should have been 6.5% cashback and bonus $10 but old topcash isn't looking good. Still seems to be the cheapest price around.

Rodd & Gunn is probably just as good or better (with multibuy) but their QC is rubbish.. got about 5 all same size/style all different.

thanks for the post but $68 for a tee shirt is simply too expensive for me
