  when I check on the Amazon Fire Stick connected to TV, I couldn't see any movies I downloaded.

    definitely, but now movie shown. I tried to restart the fire stick tv, uninstall and reinstall the app on fire stick. no help at all

  Probably a Plex configuration issue or network issue of some sort.

  127.0.0.1 is the loopback address and refers to the local device.

      Mainly explaining a local loopback address given the can't connect comments and (not clearly) answering this -

      • free/premium doesn't make a difference in terms of your use case.

      Let's dig into this. To summarise so far:

      • you've re installed the app
      • you can see the server interface via your computers loopback address
      • you can access on iPhone
      • your Firestick can't see the server

      Surely, you've googled this. So, what else have you tried?

      Changed any Plex settings?

  Linked the device to your plex account using the code?

  Can the firestick app see & connect to the plex server?

  Jellyfin works much better on the firestick.

    Not sure as login and no movie shown even though we’re same network

  The server may not be pinned to the left side. Look below the account icon for unpinned devices, it opens to another page, and you may see the server with all movies hiding there, just pin them to the front page
