  Is it just me but is rivers online terrible to dispatch orders? I made a order (30th April 2023, I know it was a weekend but they work on business days) but it's been 3 days waiting for a dispatch order notification… Don't they have stock in warehouse or something?

    Rivers is part of Mosaic brands now. The reviews of the online versions of stores under Mosaic are bad, some people never get their orders or a refund.

      I've never brought from rivers before until the other day cause I found a jacket but my local store didn't have any in stock (clearance item) so, I had to buy it online and now I was looking at reviews of the online store for rivers and it's so so bad..

      Right now, I'm just in this mode of being worried that I won't get my order at all or I get it and considering most of the stuff I had brought was in clearance, I can't get a refund IF they screw up the order.
