    Surry Hills in Sydney?

    • They all look like Vic suburbs.

    • It's Surrey with a E so it's Victoria.

      • I was trying to prompt the OP to add more details to their post

can't beat free. registered, waiting for the Surry Hills opening. I'm at central station/haymarket so it shouldn't be too far from me.

Surrey Hills in Melbourne is a long way from Haymarket.

        • thanks, would've been useful if OP included this detail.

yeah wait till you get in the car in sydney, set the gps and it says 10hrs to destination in surrey hills …

    • Lucky it's free then

  • Keyword: Invitation.

Does that means not everyone who registered will get the invite/freebies?

They are pretty small but the meat is seriously good. Adding chips inside the souvie is not great - its like having mashed potatoes in there which is a weird texture. Also, they charge $1 to add lettuce….

    • do they use fresh meat or those giant frozen logs with the metal skewer in the middle ….. i used to think the kebab shops used fresh meat until i saw these ready made gyros meat logs with the rotisserie skewer already in them being to delivered to some stores ……

      • I don't know what your talking about. These guys had chucks of lamb and chicken on a spit roast over coals.

        • The lamb and chicken is bought in frozen as what looks like a 30 kg log of frozen meat ….. And they put on rotisserie….I don't think they buy fresh meat and load up the rotisserie….
