Internet & Mobile Plan Bundle Suggestion

Hi my mightly OzBargain fellows,

I'm looking for a bundle plan for both internet & mobile plan.

While I know most of internet providers do provide mobile plans, I'm looking for -
a provider that issues single monthly invoice for both internet and mobile services.

I've chatted with multiple representatives from multiple providers.
And their repsonses were contradicting - representatives from same company said yes and no.

I've tried Superloop, but apparantly they invoice services seperately.

It'd be a bonus if they provide e-sim option, but I understand nearly none of tele providers have this luxury.

    More does total invoice with multiple plans in it. I have 2 mobiles and NBN on the same invoice.

    Aussie Broadband send us a monthly invoice for NBN and mobile. The invoice itemises the the nbn plan + mobile plan and lists the billing period.

    It’s definitely one of the more expensive options and they don’t have a great name but I know Optus used to.

    My Telstra mobile broadband and normal mobile plan come bundled in one bill. I never asked for it either and signed up at different times.

    Just for clarification is this for a home / residential account or a business account?
    Most business grade providers will do this for business accounts, as a rep we can't discuss too much about deals unless asked directly.

    Yes Telstra and Optus both do it but the customer service from both major providers is rubbish for the most part.
    I'd suggest going with a smaller provider who can give you access to those larger providers but where you don't need to spend half your life on hold to an overseas call center.

    Yes it's because company's reimbursement policy..
