Did Not Received My S23 Ultra Order from Samsung

I ordered a Samsung s23 Ultra and a Galaxy earbuds 2 during the targeted 800$ voucher trade in bonus on 16th of March 2023. After 2 to 3 weeks' time, my order on the Samsung account was changed to "On the Way," but since then, nothing has been changed or updated. I tried contacting Samsung on several occasions, the only reply I got was "Sorry to hear that.. blah blah.. escalate the issues and wait for 7 to 10 days. " It's been nearly 4 times I contacted, and that's the response every time.

Now, I also had a trade-in of S21 ultra whose trade in price was already deducted by Aurion on the order date.

If I cancel the order now, I know the disastrous wait time and unlimited phone calls I need to do to fix it over several months (previous experience).

What are my options here ? Can anyone redirect me to the steps I can take ? Is anyone having the same problem, please share ?

    Does "On the Way" imply it's been dispatched? Is there a tracking code?

    • in every 1 week or 2.

  • I had a similar issue. They delivered the wrong phone and missing accessories.
    Support is pretty bad.
    Try going to fair trading.

  • This is all too common from Samsung, delivery often takes a few months

    • March deliveries were almost all delayed, it took over 3 weeks to get my order.

      I placed another order quite recently and it got here within 3 working days.

  • i got my s23 ultra delivered by samsung before the release date i must be lucky

  • Placed an order on 6th March and received the phone on 12th April. The delivery estimate initially shows the device would be delivered a week later but that had changed several times. Contacted Samsung support several times and all I received was generic reply that says you will have to wait for the logistic company to text you and there is nothing they can do about it. Typical Samsung.
