Seems like a decent bundle for the money, but didn't the high-tier bundle levels used to be based on average purchase price?
    I miss that.

    • +2

There used to be BTA (Beat the Average) in the middle somewhere.

Loved Strider when it dropped, always down for some Mega Man, heard good things about Bionic Commando…and Lost Planet 3 is there too.

One of those rare times the cheapest tier has all I want out of the lot. Cheers OP!

    • Bionic Commando Rearmed is an awesome game and the OST is fantastic. Definitely worth it. BC Rearmed 2 is good too.

Decent if you're new to the bundle scene. I reckon it has too many repeats and is too expensive if you're not.

  • Interested in Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection, any deals on just that?

Get the Capcom Fighting Bundle when on sale in Steam. It is much better value for money.

    • If you don't mind the key sites solution it's usually under $15 - https://www.allkeyshop.com/blog/en-us/buy-street-fighter-30t…

      • Do you buy the key there then go to Steam to redeem?

        • +1

You do, although make sure to check where it's usable. Most of the keys being sold are for activation in Europe and not Australia. This one from Kinguin looks legit - https://www.kinguin.net/category/50746/street-fighter-30th-a…

These don't come without risk though, Steam has been known to revoke keys before if they're illegitimate (some sort of key gen, stolen keys or purchased with stolen credit cards). If it's not something you've dabbled it, might be best to wait for a steam sale.

Bundles are getting pricier all the time.

    • The Capcom ones usually are a bit more.

      • There has been AU$25,081 for charity! raised as of this post, and 7,054 Sold

So on average per purchase it is $3.55, which makes this a very poor value proposition bundle.

        • Given that the default donation for the entire bundle is $2.27, that's exceeding expectations.

          • @ozbs25: I always put the slider to max on the charity, otherwise what's the point.

            • @garetz: I donate to charities outside of Humble Bundle, volunteer and have worked for charities. What's your point?

Shame that the best title in the list, the AA Trilogy is in the top tier. The more people who take a punt on that wonderful series the better. I don't care for anime or visual novel games in general, but that original trilogy is still one of my favourite gaming experiences of all time.

    • It is the first time it's been bundled so it's fair enough. Overall, while it's a little expensive, I still think the bundle is good. ATL for everything together is ~$89 according to ITAD. I've never played it, and it's not normally the sort of thing I play but I've heard many good things about it and it does have a crazy good rating on Steam. I'll do my best to give it a try soon.

    • agreed. TGAAC should be in there, too if they’re charging $45 for the top tier.

  • thanks. Got the music software

  • Ooops, anyway was saying that I just found out that Rakuten has a 15% cashback deal on HB.
Will post via a new link to include referral as there's $40 bonus for signing up through their referral program (once you spend $40 within 90 days).
I only just signed up so unsure if that's USD or AUD as yet.

  • Oh rats, I just realised I missed this bundle - anyone have a spare mega man key they wanna share/sell? I was gonna buy the mid-tier for those
