Best Side by Side Fridge under 1k

Hi all, just my luck, the pump dryer broke, and now my fridge..sigh… This Westinghouse one only lasted almost 6 years, and now started to make annoying squeaky sound near the compressor area randomly (if anyone knows what's the issue?)

Could you please recommend a reliable fridge brand these days under $1k preferably? No need anything fancy like ice/water dispenser, or fancy screen. Can go u to 1.5k if worth it. Thanks!

    Some models of fridge have condenser coils located near the compressor and a fan that blows air across them. If the fan motors bearings are worn they can get squeaky. It would be a pity to throw out a fridge that just needed a $50 fan condenser fan motor replaced.
