Recently Bought one of these, can anyone please tell me if this is normal when charging the blade will get down to about 30% and then turn off. I managed to charge an Iphone 2 x before it turns off. It is great it charges laptops but I don't think I am getting the full capacity of the Blade.
Via Ebay, they just keep pushing to give me a refund for 30% and if I am still not happy then full refund
haha classic chinese antics - should be under the 12 month warranty - ask for a new replacement or lodge a case via paypal
From their point of view, 30% of the batteries are bad. So refund you 30%. It is pointless to carry 30% of the batteries around which cant be used. I would do a full refund.
Thats what I was thinking, it really is a great charger if it could use the full capacity
Stopped buying from Baseus brand when their MagSafe car holder magnets don’t hold my iPhone 13. Rep told me I needed to buy an additional case to enhance the magnets. Raised a case with eBay and refunded. Absolute Rubbish
What did baseus say when you asked them? (was it via ebay or ali?)
