Hello everyone, I have been having difficulties finding any dates or an outlook for securing appointments for a short stay Schengen visa for Italy trip at end of June.
Travel is for 9 days mainly on a cruise with day trips to Greece and Kusadasi (Turkey) then back to Rome. Departure is from Melbourne. Partner is one needing visa as she is not Australian Citizen but Filipino.
Many thanks in advance as I'm really stressed out not anticipating it would be so difficult to get anyone on the phone or to respond by email with helpful information.

I've never had an email response from the Italian consulate in Sydney, although I've gotten through over the phone - so perhaps try and call a consulate in a different state. My best recommendation is to fill in the forms and go to the consulate during their opening hours, right as they open the doors. You may not get an appointment that day, but they should be able to book you one at worst case. If you have your forms ready, they may be able to process them.
