I got one ordered from their site, took 2 months to arrive. The battery dies very quickly. I'd use normal electric blender + shaker

I just bought one from Myer. I have been using a Vitamix for frozen fruit smoothies for my son who has dysphagia so needs blended food. It was purchased as an emergency alternative. I wasn't hopeful but thought it worth a try. I can confirm that it jammed when blending frozen diced mango and frozen sliced banana. Being a typical dude, I THEN read the manual. It tells you to tip it upside down and get it running full speed, then slowly tip it back. I can confirm it blended to the same consistency as the Vitamix as my son would have complained if anything slightly solid was left. I can also confirm the stated up to 15 uses on 1 battery is unobtainable unless you are using it to mix cocktails. At this price, I would consider it a bargain. There is also a larger container accessory you can purchase, which I did but haven't tested.
