I am planning to buy a home use laptop for the first time. Till now only have used work laptop for personal use.
I am looking something in budget range but noticed new ones are pricey to start with.
Any suggestions for refurbished laptops that are in budget and a bit of future proof as well for next 3 years.
Light user, mainly only for web, email, office work and sometime light video editing.
That depends on your budget which you didn't specify. What have you found so far?
Maybe consider a tablet if it's light use. You just missed out on a cheap $380 iPad deal.
Also, may not want to use your real name on certain websites when the first search result comes up with your profile on employer's website. Especially when claiming you use work laptop for personal use which is a no-no for many employers.
