Bank That Would Accept to Cash out a US Cheque in USD?

CommBank no longer accepts foreign cheques,

do you know a bank that would accept it, without too much fees ?

it is a $400 USD cheque.

  HSBC accepts foreigns cheques ($10 fee I think).
