New to Flybuys and Not Sure Where to Get The Status of Completed Offers

I used to shop at Woolies a lot more and am very familiar with how Everyday Rewards works but my current home has mostly Coles supermarkets nearby so I signed up to Flybuys.

I recently activated a Flybuys offer where I had to spend $50 each week over 4 weeks to qualify for $50 off my shop.

I was getting an email tracking my progress and the last email I got showed that the first 3 weeks were complete. The 4th week was Mon 8th to Sun 14th.

I have the app installed and can see under "Activity" that I made a purchase of $76 on 13th May so I'm sure that the 4th week also qualified but I couldn't see the offer anywhere after activating it nor does there seem to be any credit or points added to my account.

In Woolworths Everyday Rewards it was a lot easier. The points booster was always listed while the offer was active and if it was a multi-week offer it usually updated the status each week. At the end of the offer it would add the points to your tally.

Does anyone have any idea where I can check the status of the Flybuys offer and how I go about redeeming it?

purchase of $76 on 13th May

Bonus points should have posted by Monday at the latest.

I'm sure that the 4th week also qualified but I couldn't see the offer anywhere after activating

It'll usually reappear towards the end of the week… better to wait til later in the week to complete the spend in case there's other stackable offers that come up.

Lately points have been posting the night after the qualifying spend.. it used to drag out until the end of the offer.
Tracking is easy via the app under the activity tab, usually updated 24hrs after the purchase. It's all itemised with bonus offer/transaction date/posting date.

Keep emails/offer screenshots/receipts on the off chance you need to follow up missing points via email or fb.

Don't spend more than a couple of dollars over the offer amount or the required spend amounts will increase. Usually, the bonus does not increase nearly as much. There is a lot to learn. Search past Flybuys 4 week deals and other flybuys deals on this site and read past comments to learn the ins and outs.

If you still have your receipt, there might be something down the bottom saying you have completed all 4 weeks.

    • Thanks I think you're right, the phone rep said something similar but unfortunately I didn't keep my receipt. All sorted now after calling flybuys.

  • Thanks for the responses everyone. I called flybuys and they explained the reason I wasn't seeing anything in the app was because I picked the option to get a $50 Coles credit instead of the 10,000 points. They confirmed the $50 was loaded onto my card and I'll get the option to use the credit the next time my spend hits $50. I'll pick the points next time I get given the option.

      Yes, the points are better.

Just be aware that you only get 4 weeks to use the $50! Pretty dumb.

      • Thanks for the heads up. Another reason to pick the points next time.
