    Answer to first question: DLSS (Performance Mode) + Frame Generation

    Answer to second question:
    - It makes a significant difference in a lot of games
    - t's very useful for competitive shooter
    - t's really valuable in big AAA games that are hard to run
    - It's great in dealing with CPU bottlenecks
