    From personal experience and reviews I have seen, yes and no.
    Tldr: Don’t buy if you aren’t urgent

    In your use case, the main throw lamp is not really useful since you probably won’t need throwy beam.

    The flood lamp is “relatively” regulated at around 250lumen and the led used is lh351d, which has good enough (90) CRI, so you should have no problem identifying different coloured wire/paints etc.
    However, I found this flood lamp is not floody enough to be useful in tight spaces.
    I found 250 lumen to be usable in dim lit areas, but will prefer >400lumen if possible

    Overall, its an ok light to have that you may find it useful, but I can’t really recommend it to you with confidence. So I will rather ask you not to buy.
