I accidently purchased a $100 Visa card that was a Spa and Beauty card, instead of the generic one.
I've tried to use it at my barber and it was declined.
Is there any service I can use to convert it to cash or another non-restricted Visa card I'd be greatful. At this stage I'd be happy to take $50. I've yet to find a place that it actually works.

I would be surprised if it worked at Chemist Warehouse, as their online store uses MCC 5912 (Drug Stores, Pharmacies).
However, I think the philosophy should be to simply try using the gift card everywhere and seeing whether you get lucky. If you think about it, the reason that the OnlyONE Home Improvement & DIY gift card accidentally worked for eBay purchases and some purchases of gift cards on Shopback for most of last year was due to the gift card accidentally whitelisting MCC 5311 (Department Stores).
I'll try Chemist Warehouse and Priceline and see how I go. Thanks :)
So Chemist Warehouse worked, but not Priceline. Just FYI for anyone else :)
Thanks for your report. CWH may have multiple MCCs in place.
The OnlyONE Spa and Beauty Gift Card can only be used at the following Visa Merchant Groups: Beauty and Barber Shops (7230), Health and Beauty Spas (7298), Miscellaneous Personal Services (7299), Lodging – Hotel, Motels, Resorts (7011), Massage Parlors (7297).
How to find MCC? Most cashiers can't tell you. Have a read here.
You may be find something worth buying/eating at 7230, 7299 or 7011. 7011 is explained as Hotels, Motels & Resorts, Central Merchant on the Dining card.
I would not be surprised that Chemist Warehouse, Priceline are included, but need test to confirm it.
