I bought a refurbished F40a recently. Connected it via Bluetooth with my phone, fully charged the battery… but I can’t acitivate the electronic part??
According to the manual, I just need to kickstart it to a speed above 3km/h, then twist the accelerator…. However, nothing happened! Except that, in 2 occasions, the scooter made a “da da da” sound. It sounded it was struggling with something.
Is it faulty? Or I missed something?
