I was refunded for a purchase on Kogan a few days ago and received a refund to my card, but also had about $100 in credits which haven't been refunded yet / appearing in my account.
In people's experience, how long does it take for Kogan Credits to appear in your account after a refund? Thanks.

Kogan provided a return label. I actually haven't had any real issues with the customer service
I recently bought something from a 3rd party on Kogan using credits. They sent it by ordinary mail and the post office held it saying it had insufficient postage. Had to pay about $10 for it to be released. Complained to the seller. Seller refunded the amount as Kogan credits. Took about 2-3 weeks.
normally very quickly after refund, (that was like 1+ years ago i think) now not sure
