Hey everyone. I recently bought a m720q second hand on eBay. It's got a Sata SSD slot in it which I want to use. But it also has one M.2 slot. There's actually a slot for a second M.2 but unfortunately it has no connection. I'd really like to find one of these little machines that has two working M.2 slots and still have a Sata SSD slot as well. Does anyone know what model might have this functionality? Doesn't have to be the same brand. I'm unsure how to find out this myself. Thank you. :)

Can get a Lenovo m920q
From what I've seen it only has one functioning slow for M.2? The other has no connection, just like the m720q.
It depends. We did have m920 few months ago that had 2 drives installed, but yes it will depend unit to unit.
I think the M90q (not 920q) has dual M.2 slots

No idea sorry. That's the extent of my knowledge because I also wondered why there was an empty M.2 spot in the M720q.

Not sure about Dell Micro's, but HP EliteDesk 800/ProDesk 600 G4 Mini onwards have 2x M.2 2280, and the refurbished units seem to be pretty common on eBay. STH review here which talked about the 2nd NVMe slot somewhere in the middle.
For Lenovo ThinkCentre Tiny, the current M80q and M90q would have 2x M.2 slots for NVMe drives + 1x 2.5" bay for SATA drive. However I don't think you'll find cheap refurbished units of those.
