        if it was $75 it would be the legendary edition which includes all DLCs.
        i checked with Rakuten and apparently the US$40 is only for US and Canada.

  noob question but does Epic Games trigger the international merchant/transaction fee for most credit cards?

    I bought Tetris Effect ($22.49) and was charged the International Transaction Fee ($0.68), but I’m with ING and they automatically rebate it.
