I'm not sure what you mean by "use it" but it's three zip files you can download. They contain images: "concept arts, wallpapers and screenshots!" Oh my!
It's not DLC in the sense that it adds anything to the base game. It's what GOG call a goodie pack, and like I said, you do not need the base game to add them to your library.
TLDR: Once in your library, you can download the zip files.
Don't be a try hard know it all. We all understood what is required here…

No, it doesn't. Just like all the other goodie packs, you do not need the base game to add it to your library.
