Canyon Bikes Payment Processed in Aus?

Hi, does anyone know if canyon bikes process payments in Australia? Considering buying a bike and ideally would like to put it on my cc but don’t want to cop the overseas processing fee.

I contacted canyon support and they are hopeless, they said they are processed overseas and then i linked them to a canyon site which says “ Credit-Card payments in the Australia website will be processed through the subsidiary Canyon Bicycles Australia & New Zealand Pty Ltd Account” and they said they are processed locally.

The quote somewhat implies it but is far from definite.

    My mate bought a Canyon the other month. If nobody chimes in I’ve asked and just waiting for his reply. East coast though so no doubt he’s asleep.

    I paid using swift. I was a bit nervous about it. Swift is a bit weird in that the bank at either end can charge a fee. I went through with it amyway and wasn't charged any payment fees.

    Alrighty, just got back to me. Charged in AUD and said it was about $200 shipping as well.

      They have an office in Melbourne? I think with a local team to sort out any problems.

    I used their Split payment system and had it taken out every month from my CBA CC. Got smashed each time with “International Transaction Fee” of $15!!!
