        For change of mind, postage gets deducted from your refund. I suspect it is also calculated on how often you seek a refund. I did one twice in a month and it charged postage for the second one.

    Yes they are. IP67 rated and low voltage.

    Hue says not to leave it sitting in standing water, but other than that, go for it.
