Is anyone experiencing issues trying to sign up to Ritual with a referral code?
The referral link brings up the error "Oops! We had some trouble getting your order information"
When signing up directly and trying put in the promo code, it says "Your signup promotion period has ended."
Do you get any error when you use the link when you "sign up with email"? after about 10 seconds, the error pops up as im typing in the details
I see the error if you use a mobile browser. Doesn't have the same issue with desktop browser. Have reported to Ritual. I'm guessing the workaround until there is a fix is just download the app and stick the code in there or sign up on a desktop browser.
Having a look at what I put in the referral system on 9/5 and what is in my app now, the code at the end of the referral link has changed. Both still work and look identical if you open in a browser though.
