Regrettably the NSW Government finished their scheme about 10 months ago, subsidising RSA's. Their is still a big demand in the hospitality sector, for Bar/Wait staff, especially in the Casual Employment market.
This is a course that is completed online (however, may require you to complete some online Video/role-play).

  Admittedly it's been 7 years since I did mine, but it looks like you need to do a video assessment. I have a friend that did one through another company, and had to do a 'role play scenario' dealing with an intoxicated patron. I don't know how in-depth this is, but my friend didn't pass as he wasn't convincing enough.

  RSA in Victoria is $80. Type in $70 and price is $63.

  You should be able to do this repeatedly - everytime you get a new discount approved, refresh the page, and then enter the new price. I got mine down to $36
