Trade-up Asurion No Refund

I used Samsung Trade In to purchase my phone, but I changed my mind and returned it. Asurion deducted my money and it has been a month since it was refunded. It's such a shitty company

    Checked the terms and conditions for such a scenario?

    If you are sure that you're in the right, maybe it's time to issue a chargeback.

      Samsung has refunded the money for the phone, but disgusting Asurion has not refunded me the old phone and the delay fee, it sucks

    getting ready for my first Trade-up via Asurion for the Z Flip 5. With all the Asurion shenanigans, do people generally include original cables/chargers when they send their device to Asurion? I heard local Samsung Store can also send off trade up devices.
