  • Thanks had my eye in this for ages but so many fakes out there I’ve held off buying second hand or from eBay. This is too good to pass up!

Looks like a game of chance… No skill involved.

Very wrong. It's quite deterministic, minimal chance involved.

      • You get random tiles that you pick from, to place on your board, to score points. Am I wrong?

        • +1

Eh, I'm not sure what you mean.

There's a random set up, the tiles on the circles are random. That's the only thing that's random.
          - Players then take turns picking tiles in a very specific way
          - You can deduce what tiles are optimum for other players to pick and calculate things, or punish players for making poor choices
          - the more players the less you can reliably predict how things will play out however and the more it goes by general feel, more players also means less deliberately sabotaging other players (since it's not as optimum)

          • @Ezuku: @ram: Abstract games aren't always so easy to understand from pictures, you should grab it, there is always copies on Facebook for $35-$40 so you won't lose if it's too random for you.

@Ezuku: Thanks for the explanatin. Seems like I was wrong

    Love this game

  • Thank you very much, bought one.

  • About four or five left in Ashfield nsw. Burwood had more stock showing on the website.
Thanks, OP, bought for next Christmas, but not sure when we'll get to play it - we don't have time to play the board games we already have :(

  • Snagged last box at Knox, thanks OP.

  • Ozbargain Sydney night, let's play this together.

  • It's sold out online and don't seem to see any stock at any stores, probably time to update this. Was going to get this as a gift for my Nephew but brother and his wife took too long to get back to me :/

  • I managed to grab the last one at whitfords, wa, so there still may be a few around.

  • One of my favourite board games. It looks chance based, but the tactics behind what you take and not take are there and they make for a really fun time when your mates realize you've been playing them all along.
