So I had no problem with these guys. However I referred a friend to them who had a horrific experience.

Basically rocked up and said the house needed cement sheeting for mounting something (something never discussed). The installer said unless my friend went to bunnings there and then they were going home. My friend asked the installers to go get it to which they said they wouldn’t so in the end she went because she wanted the install done.

Anyway. One good. One bad. Just beware of the contractors these guys use. It’s a mixed bag. Mine were great

That’s fine. But you can’t impute that on the customer.

That’s like me jumping into a cab. It’s raining. And the cab driver says we’re not going anywhere until you go to super cheap auto and get me some windscreen wipers.

Look at your previous posts. Referred a lot to you due to the good service I had. Take time to reflect on the above as all it takes is one to undo all that hard work you strive for

    • I used a different installer/supplier (through Jim's) and i had a similar situation where they need the sheeting as the location of the inverter means its too close too structure and cause fire hazard.

The installer only asked for my permission that they were going to drill and put the sheeting and that was it. No one told me to go to Bunnings.

So yeah, i agree with you the installer should have just organised this themselves.

  • What efficiency are the panels?

    Edit: Looks like 21.3% https://www.jasolar.com/uploadfile/2022/0224/202202240526265…

  • What do you mean $1990 upfront is that deposit?

Price for someone not eligible for solarvic rebate?

    • $4790.00

  • How much for 9kw system, and is it better to get bigger system now to accomodate future electric vehicle charging and battery power?
