I've been stalking this card as I missed the deal last time, now the extra $100 is back

    Does anyone have link on eligible purchases and how long does it take to credit the $500?

    • 10 weeks from the 90 days from the date you applied

  • Kogan Money's chat only support is a pain. My application hasnt progressed , and I was told about call back from support team 3 times. No call back yet.
    Online tracking shows no update.

    • I found that that after you reached a CSR via their mobile app chat, they were fairly quick to offer "Can I initiate a voice call?", via the app.
      My issue was then resolved quickly.

      Previously, sending an inbox message to their support was a waste of time. Their response showed that they didn't read/comprehend the issue raised.

      Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.

  • I can't seem to successfully link my card to my kogan account.
    I went through the process multiple times, says "Congratualations! You have linked your card with Kogan.com." - and I can see my available pointes and equivalent $ balance.
    When I refresh the page, the linked card is gone.

    Can link again, see again for one time, and disappears. When checking out I can't redeem my points.
    (I did the same process for partner and that worked from the first time … so it's not me, I guess)

      • Yes, but unsure what exactly did the trick.
        I linked the card, then I logged out and logged in again.
        Next time I checked it was linked.
        I also created a support ticket but they only replied saying I needed to contact the credit card support team …

  • Does anybody know if Kogan or Koganmoney will send an email to let you know the credit has been applied to your account? And what the subject is of that email.
    I assume it will be applied directly to the linked kogan.com account?

      Just got mine today, was notified by email with the subject of "You have been awarded $500.00 credit at Kogan.com!". Had a link in the email which credited it to my linked Kogan account.

      I only hit the minimum spend in the 2nd month and I got the credit the day before my 2nd statement is due.

        Thanks for prompting me, just got an email too (a few minutes ago).
        I guess it depends when you hit the min spend, mine was 6 July, but only got the credit now (2 statements after min spend).
