  • Picked up my order just yesterday; detergent was everywhere inside the box, despite the bottle being in a plastic bag.

Lodge a complaint and they will full refund or send you a new one with no cost.

      • Done and done. Half refund of the Omo plus a bit more to cover damaged packaging of another product. It was bad enough to complain but I'm not needing a full refund over it.

  • How does the economy of liquid vs powder work out?

    • I think liquid is a bit expensive compared to powder. But I prefer liquid as it washes out completely from the clothes without any residue

If the powder is leaving residue you're using way, way too much.

It's the liquid that leaves residue, the emulsion gums up inside the drum and grows bacteria and mould.

        • I heard that about powder. Any source for this? Honestly curious.

          • @pizzaguy: If using powder and finding residue, do not use cold water. Powder requires a somewhat higher temperature to dissolve properly in the water.

Is this genuine Sensitive? Bought the Omo sensitive pods and couldn't continue using it, laundry smelt terrible. There was a scent listed on the ingredients (WHY?!?!)

  • I don't need the sensitive, but could not find regular Omo liquid at same price. Does this clean as good as the regular one? I think $4.7/lr for Omo liquid is very good value..

  • Got some. Usually use powder but I'll give liquid a whirl.
