    Just based on previous concerns regarding Serious Mass/ mass gainers in general! Nothing foreboding.

    For instance, the 5.44kg is suggested to be 16 serves/ 336g per serve which equates to around 1252kcal.

    With mass gainers we strongly believe their use should be catered based on the individuals needs.

    Ie if you feel you're only about 200-300kcal short a day then use a quarter serve and so on.

    Often what can happen is people binge out on these and forget to take it proper micro-nutrition which is just as detrimental for progress.

    Just our 2 cents :)

  Just a heads up that my last order from this shop took 2 weeks delivery (not ideal when an item is short dated).

  There was also a 30% cheaper deal on the same item before my order arrived.

  This was my own experience but important to consider since it's a short dated product.
