Just wondering if anyone knows whether ebay codes (SEOFY20) work with best offer? I've searched around the net but couldn't find anything definitive. Cheers.

Yes but also be careful of timing. If the offer is accepted and the code expires based on time, you are left to pay full price.
Best to also allow for time for seller to respond or counter offer etc. so that you come to a final price in time to apply the voucher.
Otherwise as mentioned above, if all conditions of the voucher are met, it will work with best offer if the offer is accepted by the seller.
Yes, as long as the conditions for the code are still met. For example if the code is 20% off min $200 spend, and your offer is $199, then the code will not work. I have recently used a code with a Best Offer and it worked fine.
