Tesla Interstate Registration - How to Get around Low Stock?

Hi all, I was looking at purchasing a Tesla Y base Model before June 30. I have noticed that there are a few available interstate. This lead me to a few questions:

Has anyone had any issues with purchasing a Tesla from interstate and driving it back to the original state that they reside in?
Would you be paying the Stamp Duty twice?
How did you go around claiming the EV rebate?
Any drawbacks apart from the obvious travel?

    July to August, however, to take advantage of Instant Asset Tax Write off, I would require to have the car in the driveway by June 30.

    I ended up getting a M3 Long Range. Cost wise, for the Long Range, it was the same as the Y. Definitely prefer the range. I bought it through the Existing Inventory.
