    Anyone else finding that both FC and LL cashback tracking has become very unreliable?
    I was having 99.9% tracking success until recently, it now seems to be around 10% success regardless of the cashback affiliate.
    Nothing has changed on my end.

    • can't speak specifically for those sites but are you using the app? i feel like i tend to have good luck using that.

      • Yeah using the app for SB and CR, website for TCB as there is no app.
        Just seems strange that it always tracked very well but last 5-7 orders(for FC and LL) all need missing cashback claims lodged.

      No issues recently.

      Last CashRewards for FC tracked fine 08/06. Last ShopBack for FC tracked fine 16/06.

      How many orders per week to you make that you are tracking 0.1% success rates?

      • Just checked my order history there is 7 between LL and FC since 24th may, all 7 failed to track but prior to that it was extremely rare for LL/FC to fail to track.

    • No issues here. Previous transactions tracked and confirmed.

      I just ordered from FC an hour ago. Just got an email saying the transaction is tracked.

    Any BWS/First Choice transactions have always tracked for me. The Shopback one is a concern cause it needs 2 days to track. Whereas Cashrewards is within minutes usually.

    I always use the web browser, as most of the time it says don't use the app.

    • Same, I've never had an issue.

  • Got my transaction tracked this time but only for $7.16 for a $206 order pre gst. No Dom or other exclusions in order. Peculiar tracking at first choice continues, just got my cashback from 17th May order vorrected though.

    Price has gone up on the Clonkilla Riesling from $28 to $37 today took one for little Phil Lowe and passed.

  • The price rise is definitely there. It pays to shop around, good thing they do price match, bad thing you can't use it online (maybe you have to call them?)

    Picked up some French cremaunt another day, and spoke to the guys there, they confirmed the price rise.

    Just placed the order; saw some wines that I buy fairly regularly. Postcards from Italy Prosecco - was $13.30 six months ago in any six. Single bottle $15 or so. Liquorland still has it for $15, FC wants $21.

    Incorrect tracking…tracked at 10%

    • Email was incorrect at 10%; But when logged in to the shopback website I see the 20% figure.

      • Same got $7 in the email, but I see the full $25 cashback tracked in the app.

  • Anyone else got their cashback tracked with the less/wrong amount?
    My transaction is $133.20 (including GST) but only got $15.55 tracked as cashback.

    • Yes mine was incorrect as well, spent $150, only got $8 back…

      edit - i just checked the tracking on SB website and it seems to be the correct amount.

    • I think that's a known issue mentioned by the rep before. Sometimes tracking email shows less than the real amount, if you check the ShopBack transaction it gets corrected.

  • Spent $60 but only got $2.62.

    Edit: checked the app and the right amount is shown.

  • Spent $81 less GST is $73.63 tracked correctly at $14.73 … thankfully ;)

  • Stacks with 3000points ($50 spend) on selected items (includes large beer selection) but I didn't know about that until too late
