  Do not go with Secretlab. Got a Titan 2020 from them and its been a year since they are troubleshooting the squeak issue on the chair. All the parts on the chairs have been replaced multiple times (including back rest and seat base) but the issue still persists. They do not want to provide any refund even though they clearly could not resolve the issue under warranty within reasonable time (> one year). I went with fair trade and now waiting for Secret lab to confirm if they are processing the refund. Else I will be proceeding with next legal option until I get a refund.

  Its very bad that you spend $600+ on a chair and it has design/quality issues and my $100 chair from office does not have any squeak noise and it serves me well for 7+ years. Not to mention, all the replacement parts they sent are polluting the environment for nothing.

  Secretlab response is ok but what's the point if they cannot resolve an issue and these chairs got serious design issues based on my experience.

    Have had my Titan 2020 for 3 years as well.. The only issue I have recently got is the stiching on the seat part. I sent them an email and 4 days later I had a new seat at my door no questions asked. I really can't fault this chair myself.

      Yeah, if the issue is resolved with the part replacement, then you are one of lucky ones I guess. I went with Secretlab based on the recommendation by my friend as well but I'm having very bad experience for more than a year now. More than 20+ videos shared and lot of parts replaced. I had the multi-tilt mechanism replaced three times and yet the issue is not resolved. I was frustrated since when the issue is not resolved by a part the first time, no one would recommend the same part to be replaced second time hoping the issue will be resolved now. Ok, may be a bad batch ?. But third time again, come on :( They will replace parts even 100 times polluting the environment but will not refund or replace with a brand new chair when they could not fix the issue.
