Can I Use RAM Optimized for Intel in AMD Setup?

I have mistakenly bought RAM Corsair Vengeance DDR5 optimized for intel from Amazon. However, I'm building a PC with an AMD processor. Will I be able to use this RAM to its full potential with AMD processor or should I just try to return this RAM and get the correct one? Thanks!

Yes, it just means it has XMP enabled which is pretty common nowadays including on AMD hardware.

If you can find AMD EXPO optimised RAM for the same price then might be a slightly better option.

The minor difference may be some variance in timings. Real world difference will be pretty much zilch though.

I'm running it on a B360M and a 7600X works fine with XMP enabled.

Should be fine. As hybrid pointed out xmp should still work fine.
