What Company Do You Use for Landlord Insurance - Short Term Holiday Rental

I'm having a bit of trouble finding a company to insure my Airbnb rental. Just wondering what company people use for insurance against renters wrecking the place / contents. Its managed by a real estate agent that lists on a few platforms so unfortunately airbnb insurance will not suffice. It will be a short term holiday rental which most insurance companies don't want to cover.

    Terri Scheer also. Haven’t had to use them yet touch wood but they are recommended by my PM and prices are reasonable.
