I added all 5 coffee syrups, and no free one showed up until I doubled the order for one of them, so it's not mix'n'match.
Then I removed all the single items, leaving only the one with 2, and the price was the normal price for 2, so it's definitely locked into the min $50 order as well.
That information should probably be included in the description.
This is not to say the deal is bad, but it's not as good as the title would have you think.
