Just got an email saying that it can't be supplied so they're issuing a refund, despite the fact they are still selling it at the full price.
It's the second time these guys have done this to me.

They cancelled my order and someone else's that I know. I cracked it at them not only because of what you raised about the dodgy bait and switch, but also because they only refunded me the game itself not the associated shipping (I ordered a few games), so they technically overcharged me by a dollar….so I was being petty about it. They gave me a spiel about how the stock and price is determined from where they buy it from - I really wish they would clearly say it up front that it's not guaranteed. Also we didn't get an email from them to say it was cancelled - just noticed the refund amount in our accounts…. Really bad communication
Same, I even took the time to fill in the ACCC complaint thing, but not holding my breath for that.
I did find this place also selling it for a similar price, so I'm giving it a try, but looks like another dodgy drop shippy place, so fully expect it to be cancelled also:
