This might not be commonly known, but you can apply for financial aid and in 2 weeks you can get the course for free for a specific time - usually 6 months. I have done this for 8 Deeplearning courses and all have gone through no issues.

Andrew Ng, whos also a co-founder of coursera and where i also learned about the free "financial aid" for courses.
