CommBank Rewards - Any Way to Claim One That Didn't "Track"?

I activated the reward for $10 back on $50 spend at Kogan.com.
I spent $53 on Kogan on the 5th of June. I paid with the credit card and not Paypal or anything else.
The cashback hasn't appeared in my card.
Has anyone found a way to claim a missing cashback?

      Yeah, that's what I'm worried about.
      It's probably not worth calling them for $10, especially given that I might not even get it!

    I had to chase an Ampol one, I recall there being a 'reward missing' button on ap?
    ended up having to send photo of receipt and it was credited

    I've called them before to chase rewards, they were actually really good about it - they had a record of the offer, could easily see spend on the card, resolved in a few days.

  • 26 mins on the blower, including identification to the nth degree (why? I'm not trying to transact anything!) and painful counting of business days since the 5th. We'll see.

    • Cashback came through on 3rd of July, so I've actually got 2x$10 credits on my account for the inconvenience.
      (Although presumably the cashback would have come in the end with me having to call.)
      I guess that counts as a win.
