Hey all, been using ShopBack for a very long time without any issues really.
However, I recently put in a Dell order, and then a Viator order, both on desktop. For some reason neither have tracked.
Has anyone noticed anything similar recently?

My Etsy & Iconic purchases last week tracked via Cashrewards within minutes of orders being placed - anyone else?
My amaysim purchase wasn't tracked and i had to send them my invoice and they put it as pending with no amount on it , which should be $35. I keep emailing why is that there is no amount shown and that it should show $35 and they said you have to wait till aug 2nd for the investigation to be completed. Seems like they want to get away from paying.

To find out the progress and send other photos of purchase to make sure they have no excuse to say that I’m not eligible . If they just have it there as $35 pending I wouldn’t be bothering them.
The process is outlined on their website so you don't need to continually email them. Calm down.
Had several transactions with Shopback, all tracked fine. Which browser are you using? Has the browser been set to block tracking cookies by default maybe?
Is there a support email for shopback to reach out please? They have rejected my cashback and I wanted to dispute it but I cannot find any contact details on their website.
