I've been with Woolworths for around 3 or 4 years now - the coverage and pricing (Rural Tasmania, and in cities) seems to be very decent. The only place I've noticed a lack of coverage compared to Telstra (previous carrier) is the East Coast.
The 10% off your monthly shop is great too, just make sure you're buying enough groceries in one go to make it worthwhile.

Woolies mobile has been bloody dreadful lately. Some sites not loading, but YouTube videos load totally fine just without thumbnails, Apple Music acts like it can’t load shit but Siri doesn’t skip a beat. Some real strange DNS problems at a guess. I just ditched it for boost and my phones back to working flawlessly. I don’t care if you do 300 dollar shops a month to make the service effectively free, I’d still rather pay for a service that works!
I guess I can't comment as I don't use their DNS - I use my Pihole for home and cloud flare for 4G - since the standard ones block things.

Prob not. I reactivated my WM account after 1 year with another provider and the cashback didn't track. Contacted TC support and they told me the cashback is only for new WM accounts. I suppose I could have tried creating a new WM account instead of signing into my old dormant one. But too much effort for little reward.
