  i have an ancient Citizen Skyhawk titanium that uses a similar calibre to this… i'm pretty sure its at my dad's place with a long dead battery… its that old… probably 15-20yrs

  these guys are taking the piss at $1,000+ with a mineral glass, plastic strap and what is a pretty well deprecated but decent movement

    In case you're taking it to space. NASA required mineral glass, not crystal in astronaut watches so if they were smashed shards wouldn't be floating around causing issues.

      same for dive watches, saphibe is hard but brittle, it’s why one of the watch companies has hardlex glass, idea is doesn’t scratch like mineral but has more flex than sapphire…
