Part of steam summer sale.
It's been cheaper on console, but this is the lowest steam price today.
Not that the original has aged terribly, but the remake by all accounts is excellent.

  Eh, I've been waiting to buy it at a discount, but now I'm faced with the option of cheaper via EA key @ about $50 vs Steam @ $62.96. I really hate EA, but the price difference sucks…

      I know but I'm on Ozbargain for a reason. If I cared about most of that (over price) I wouldn't be here.
      Achievements is the only thing out of that list that wouldn't work on the steamdeck btw - its not 'easy' to get EA to work, but its possible. Once EA app is working, just add it as a non-steam game to get everything else (- achievements)
