uber uses device ID like many apps via referal, you can spoof that using a tweak if using a jailbroken device
Before when i first used uber eats with different mobile numbers they still detected that same credit card was used and denied at purchase
use a virtural card or a different card and use the 4g for a unique ip

then use your number and unique ip to order food with.
and with a jailbroken device you can change the device ID too, making it harder for uber to detect.there are tweaks to open and change device id per application being open etc.
but obs against TOS….
so do at your own risk i guess in terrms of referral.
