  If anyone's reading this and is stuck with this problem, it's cheaper to transfer to another registrar in most situations and get an additional year added to your domain and get full DNS management for free and if it happens to be a .au domain name they're free to transfer.

Well, there's a reason why they've been called "the crazies" on Whirlpool for more than 10+ years. There's nothing to see here move on. Much better providers.
